This is not an excerpt or a trial version: each chapter ends with an action to be taken on the same day, the result of which is then used. At the end, a one-page sheet gathers your twelve answers — this is the deliverable; you date it and review it in three months.
What it contains
Part I — Before choosing. The business model and the three questions that differentiate them. The unit margin and the break-even point, calculated on a sheet. Activity or investment: why you must separate the two pockets.
Part II — Manufacturing and sourcing. What to get from a supplier before paying: technical sheet, quantified control criterion, incoterm. What an imported product really costs once it arrives at your place. What a customer has the right to demand from an online seller in France.
Part III — Building the tool. What must exist at launch and what can wait. The four conditions a task must meet to deserve automation. What a language model can do, what it misses, and the one-line verification rule.
Part IV — Getting known. The calculation to make before buying advertising. What a sales page should say and in what order. The catalog operations that can be entrusted to AI, and those that can never be.
Appendices
The twelve decisions sheet, to be filled out and dated. A seven-day program, one decision per day. A completely free toolbox, with named tools. A glossary.
Format
Composed PDF, 21 pages, approximately 4,800 words. Readable on screen as well as in print.
What this book does not cover
It lays out the twelve decisions and provides what is needed to make them for the first time. It does not deal with any of them in depth, and explicitly states this: each subject has its own title in the catalog, and each title begins where this one ends. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it contains no promise of income.
